We have a few friends coming down this summer to take over the kitchen while our Head Chef Billy Stock is away, and our first pop up is from chefs Matthew Reade and Scott Brown from Lyle’s in London.

Matthew and Scott met their first week working at London’s Michelin starred Lyle’s almost 3 years ago. Matt from Auckland and Scott from Kent, they share an affinity for seasonal cooking and commitment to produce driven menus. Coming off their sell out pop up Half Cut Market we are so excited to have them takeover the Sète kitchen for 3 days, ending with a garden BBQ on the Sunday.
