We’re so excited to be hosting Flora Phillips for a special weekend collaboration and whole beast butchery demo!

Flora will be teaming up with our Head Chef, Andy Lowe, to create exciting Friday and Saturday menus, taking inspiration from land & sea.

On Saturday at 3pm, join Flora for a live butchery breakdown with very limited tickets available, £15 (includes a tasting + welcome drink.)

A rare chance to get up close with the craft of whole-animal butchery. Flora Phillips (aka Floffal) breaks down the pluck, the carcass, and the philosophy behind it all. Expect hands-on tastings—lamb heart tartare, devilled kidneys on toast—and insights from on ethical farming.

Flora is a butcher, chef, and scavenger who celebrates all of life’s ‘off-cuts.’ Her work reinvigorates the way we think about meat, sourcing, and sustainability—previously showcased in sell-out supper clubs, curated menus, and collaborations with Fortnum & Mason, The Wright Bros, and at Taste of London 2024.
